Hi I'm Esme, the founder of Bumps & Births. I am a registered midwife, hypnobirthing teacher and mum, currently living in France with my family because my husband plays Rugby here.

Bumps and Births started because I wanted to still be able to support parents with their birth choices, whilst not working clinically as a midwife in France. After working in the NHS for 7+ years, I am able to offer you an honest and realistic approach to birth.

Offering all courses online, I am able to support you wherever you are in the world. I am passionate about preparing and empowering parents to feel in control of their birth experience, whatever happens on the day.

My Complete Birth Preparation Courses covers all aspects of labour and birth, with an emphasis on how Hypnobirthing tools and techniques can help you to navigate your pregnancy, labour and birth with confidence. The aim of the course is to help you feel complete control and autonomy over your birth experience, whatever happens on the day.
