£40 for 4 week course
Whether you are currently doing a hypnobirthing course with me or you just wish to take some time for yourself, I'd love to welcome you to my 4 week course of guided relaxations, calm connection with your baby, and practical tips for labour & birth.
Together, we will practise mindful breathing techniques for use during pregnancy and labour, and enjoy a calming relaxation to help you unwind and connect with your baby. We will also have a friendly discussion on a weekly pregnancy/birth topic to help you feel more confident and prepared for a positive birth.
Classes are held online, so you can do them from the comfort of your own home.
Some of the topics we will discuss are:
- Your birthing hormones and what impacts them
- Fear in birth & how to combat it
- Where you can birth your baby
- Planning for your birth & how to write your birth plan
Things to think about for the classes:
- Comfy clothes
- Quiet space
- Pillow & Blanket
- Gentle music (on speaker in background for you)
- Diffuser with essential oils in that you find calming
It is not absolutely necessary to have all these things for the classes, they're just things others have found helpful and relaxing.
